Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Cricket Masters account.
Account deletion is available directly in the app for all users—no support ticket required.
Delete from the App
- Open the Cricket Masters app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Account deletion is available to all users at any time. No need to contact support.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Permanently Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your personal profile information
- Child profiles you manage
- Your message history
May Be Retained
- Academy operational records no longer linked to your account (anonymized)
- Attendance and session records (anonymized, retained for academy operations)
- Data required for legal compliance
- Information in secure backups (purged within 30 days)
Academy administrators may retain operational records required to run the academy, but they will no longer be linked to your personal account.
Deletion Timeline
Once you confirm deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is scheduled for removal from our active systems. Backup systems are purged within 30 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting Child Profiles
If you only want to remove a child's profile without deleting your entire account:
- Go to the child's profile in the app
- Tap “Edit” then “Remove Profile”
- Confirm the removal
Note: Removing a child profile does not delete your parent account.
Before You Delete
You may not need to delete your account. Consider these options:
- Want to switch academies or children? Use the switcher in the app.
- Not receiving login emails? Check your spam folder or try a different email.
- Just want to remove a child? You can remove individual child profiles without deleting your account.

If you cannot access the app, contact support and we'll help verify your identity and process your request.
