Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in to my account?
Open the Cricket Masters app and tap 'Sign In'. Enter the email address you registered with. We'll send you a secure login link — no password needed.
How do I join my child's academy?
Your coach or academy admin will send you an invite link or code. Tap the link or enter the code in the app to join. You can then add your child's profile.
Can I switch between multiple academies or children?
Yes! If you're connected to multiple academies or have multiple children, use the switcher in the app to toggle between them.
How do I update my child's information?
Go to your child's profile in the app and tap 'Edit'. You can update their name, age, and other details. Changes are saved automatically.
I'm a coach. How do I manage my team?
Coaches can access the Coach Dashboard to manage schedules, take attendance, and send messages. Contact your academy admin if you don't have coach access.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data. See our Account Deletion page for details.
