Terms of Service

1. About Cricket Masters

• Cricket Masters is a mobile application operated by SportsMaster LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
• We provide tools for youth cricket academies to manage scheduling, attendance, communication, and player information.
• Cricket Masters is a software tool — we are not a cricket coaching service, and we do not guarantee any coaching outcomes.

2. Who Can Use Cricket Masters

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, unless authorized by an academy as staff.
• Children do not create accounts. Parents and guardians manage child profiles on their behalf.
• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
• Academy administrators are responsible for managing their organization's use of the platform.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Cricket Masters for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with an academy

5. Academy Administrators

• Academy owners and administrators are responsible for how their organization uses Cricket Masters.
• Admins control who can access their academy and what roles they have.
• Admins must ensure they have appropriate consent to add members and share information within their academy.
• We are not responsible for disputes between academies and their members.

6. Content and Data

• You retain ownership of content you upload (messages, photos, player information).
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the service.
• We do not claim ownership of your data.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

7. Privacy

• Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using Cricket Masters, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep Cricket Masters available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimers

• Cricket Masters is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
• We are a software tool — we do not provide coaching advice, and we are not responsible for coaching decisions or player outcomes.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsMaster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Cricket Masters shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
• You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before pursuing formal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of Cricket Masters after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
